Educational service
RentWise provides calculators and general explanations for housing planning. Access is currently free, without a user account. Results depend on your inputs and on the assumptions stated on each page. No result is a loan offer, professional recommendation, property valuation, lease determination, or guarantee of an outcome.
You are responsible for checking inputs and comparing estimates with actual bills, agreements, lender documents, and applicable official guidance. Obtain qualified advice for decisions that require professional judgment.
Permitted use
You may use the website for personal or business planning within these limits. Do not interfere with service delivery, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent a result as a certified professional determination, or use the website to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Do not submit personal financial documents or identifying tenant information through public correction reports. A contact channel is for feedback and website questions, not a secure underwriting or professional-advice service.
Content and intellectual property
RentWise’s original text, application code, and housing illustrations remain subject to their applicable rights and any stated license. Dependency software and linked materials retain their own licenses and rights. Repository access does not itself grant an unrestricted license to republish the full website. Our source and asset notes explain the current material’s provenance.
You may link to public pages and refer to brief excerpts as permitted by applicable law. Do not present copied pages as your own service or imply endorsement from RentWise or any source organization we reference.
Availability, estimates, and responsibility
We aim to make the tools useful and correct, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, suitability for every purpose, or current market data. Defaults are illustrative. Features, methods, and availability may change.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties, and the operator does not accept responsibility for losses arising from reliance on an estimate or external content. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

External links take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Their presence does not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.
